• Total TJ Production: ~952,500 units (spanning model years 1997 through 2006).

• Total 4.0L Units: Estimated between 650,000 and 750,000 vehicles, as the 4.0L was standard on Sport, Sahara, and Rubicon trims, while the 4-cylinder was mostly restricted to base SE models.

• Manufacturing Plants: Built in Toledo, Ohio (USA) and Brampton, Ontario (Canada).

• Engine Type: AMC 242 4.0L High-Output Inline-6 (cast-iron block and head).
